Billing

Billing and Payment

We can issue formal quotes in New Taiwan dollars or US dollars, whichever suits you. Paying a Taiwanese supplier shouldn't be the awkward part of a cross-border project.

01

New Taiwan dollar transfer

Paid into our Taiwanese bank account, with a government uniform invoice (GUI) issued. This covers most domestic projects.

02

US dollars by ACH or wire

We hold a US bank account, so we can receive US dollars directly. For clients in the United States, ACH settles domestically — no intermediary bank fees, and no waiting while a wire is traced between banks.

03

Stablecoin

We accept US dollar stablecoins such as USDT and USDC, booked at the exchange rate on the day the funds arrive. Before accepting payment we verify both parties' identity and the source of funds.

Whichever method you use, we issue invoices and formal receipts in accordance with Taiwanese tax law. Account details appear only on the quotation and the contract — never on this website. If you receive a message claiming to be from us and asking you to send funds to a different account, please call us to confirm before paying.

By submitting, you confirm that you have read and agree to ourPrivacy Policy, and consent to us contacting you about the details you've provided.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions we're asked most often before quoting, answered here.

It depends on the size of the room and what the picture needs to show. For a straightforward talk or briefing, 2–3 cameras is usually enough; for stage performances, awards or multi-zone interaction we'd suggest 4 or more; for large ceremonies or concerts needing multi-angle switching, 6–8. Send us the run sheet and we'll recommend a setup — we won't pad the camera count.

Either — you can provide it or we can arrange it. If you're using the venue's existing network we'll test bandwidth and stability during the site survey. If it isn't sufficient or external connections aren't allowed, we can apply for a dedicated broadcast line on your behalf and add 4G/5G failover that switches over automatically if the primary line fails.

The quote itemises camera count, crew, equipment, post-production hours and deliverables. Extra charges typically come from overtime, cameras added at short notice, loading in a day early, or travel and accommodation for other counties and outlying islands. We flag all of these upfront — nothing gets added afterwards that wasn't discussed.

Yes. Formal quotes can be issued in New Taiwan dollars or US dollars. We hold a US bank account and can take USD by ACH or wire, so clients in the United States avoid intermediary bank fees; we also accept US dollar stablecoins such as USDT and USDC. The US dollar figures in the estimator are converted at a reference rate and are indicative only — the rate that actually applies is stated on the quotation.

Full recordings are usually delivered 3–5 business days after the event; highlight reels take roughly 7–14 business days depending on length and complexity; brand films and projects involving animation or voice-over are scheduled separately. For press conferences or anything that has to go out the same day, we offer a same-day edit (SDE) service.

Two to four weeks ahead is ideal, so we can schedule the site survey and crew. Book earlier for peak periods — year-end company parties, graduation season and the academic conference season. For last-minute requests, ask anyway; we will check whether a team is free that day.

Yes. We take on post-production alone (working from footage you shot yourself), and we're happy to handle just the network engineering or hardware coordination. For multi-camera live streaming, though, we'd recommend taking the equipment and crew together — that's the only way we can be accountable for signal quality.

Rights to the finished work are set by contract and normally belong to the client. We retain the original footage under the 3-2-1 rule (3 copies, 2 media types, 1 off-site data centre), so during the retention period you can come back to us for re-exports or additional edits.

Yes. We work comfortably in English and have practical experience with cross-border links, including a simultaneous connection spanning Taipei, Bangkok, Hanoi and New York. We also offer AI live captions and translation in over 90 languages, with VIP translation tablets available for guests of honour.
