Video Production
Most of our video work is event coverage: we film forums, launches and symposiums and cut the highlight film ourselves. Online courses are the other half, and we take on corporate brand films as well. Shooting and post-production sit with the same Taipei team, so the footage never has to pass between vendors.
Event coverage and highlight films
For forums, launches, symposiums and press conferences in Taipei, we film from the opening to the last guest leaving, and the speeches, panels and award presentations all get recorded. The footage is cut into a highlight film for people who couldn't be there, ready for your website or social channels.

What you get and when
- Deliverable: a highlight film, usually three minutes or less.
- Turnaround: within ten working days after the event.
- Script: not needed. The run sheet from the organiser is enough.
- Revisions: three rounds of changes after the first cut.
Same-day edit (SDE)
The day's highlights are cut on site and played back before the event ends. The cell and molecular biology symposium was done this way.

Production Process
The biggest risk in a video project isn't a bad shoot — it's two sides picturing different films. We split production into six clear checkpoints, so the final cut never drifts from what was agreed. This process is for projects that need planning, such as online courses and brand films. Event coverage needs no script; see What you get and when.
- Consultation & quote — confirm the video's purpose, target length, launch date and budget range.
- Script & storyboard — align the message in writing first, then move into storyboards and shoot planning.
- Shoot day — executed to the storyboard, with on-set playback to confirm the key shots.
- First cut & feedback — structure and pacing first, when changes are cheapest.
- Color, sound & titles — fine polish begins once the structure is locked.
- Delivery & launch — exported to each platform's specs, with upload setup help if needed.
Revision rounds and deadlines are written into the quote, so both sides always share the same reference.
