The biggest risk in a video project isn't a bad shoot — it's two sides picturing different films. We split production into six clear checkpoints, so the final cut never drifts from what was agreed.
- Consultation & quote — confirm the video's purpose, target length, launch date and budget range.
- Script & storyboard — align the message in writing first, then move into storyboards and shoot planning.
- Shoot day — executed to the storyboard, with on-set playback to confirm the key shots.
- First cut & feedback — structure and pacing first, when changes are cheapest.
- Color, sound & titles — fine polish begins once the structure is locked.
- Delivery & launch — exported to each platform's specs, with upload setup help if needed.
