Some content does not belong on a public video platform, yet ordinary conferencing software cannot carry broadcast quality. We build a dedicated viewing environment for your event — who may watch, what they see and how long they stay is decided by you, and it is all on record.
A public video platform cannot stop a link being forwarded; conferencing software cannot match multi-camera direction; and neither tells you who watched or for how long. A dedicated platform settles all three at once: the audience is controlled by an invite list, the picture comes straight off the switcher, and the viewing data stays yours.
This service needs two capabilities at once: on-site coordination of a multi-camera broadcast, and back-end development with network deployment. Video companies usually lack the latter; IT firms are usually unfamiliar with the former.
Sign-in and list verification limit who may view, giving internal town halls, members-only talks and unreleased content somewhere to stream.
Watch time and attendee lists serve credit accreditation, internal training records or performance reporting — the organiser has something to file afterwards.
Q&A, check-in, surveys, replay and multi-session management can all be added later; the platform need not be complete on day one and can expand year by year.
Audience lists and viewing records belong to the organiser. We process them only for the purposes of the project and only for its duration; the scope of collection and the retention period are agreed before we start, and the data is handed over and deleted as contracted once the project ends. Verification methods and data fields can also be adjusted to your privacy and information-security policies.
Expected audience size, whether watch time is required, and whether you need replay or interactive features are what we base the platform specification and schedule on. We have a case already running in production that can be adapted to your event.
