WIRED × NVIDIA — a simulcast across a 16-hour time difference
We have three times served as broadcast coordinator for NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang's cross-border simulcasts. The project spanned Taipei, Bangkok, Hanoi and New York; our executive director flew to the overseas venue and worked with the U.S. directing team and local venue engineers remotely, rehearsing across a 16-hour time difference through to the live premiere. Fu Jen University centennial — one team, three kinds of coverage
For the centennial spring banquet we ran a three-camera live broadcast while shooting video highlights and still photography on the same floor. Three crews moved under one coordinator without crossing lanes; the organizer dealt with a single window and received the broadcast recording, highlight film and photos together after the event.
National Defense Medical Center — a closed-door surgical demonstration broadcast
A demonstration broadcast for a backup operating room training program. Closed medical environments demand far more than typical events: camera positions must never interfere with clinical work, and the feed has to reach its designated viewers without a hiccup. Closed-door broadcasts like this are where a team's fundamentals show.
