The site may contain links to third-party sites (such as YouTube, Instagram and Facebook), which have their own privacy policies; this policy does not apply to them and you should review theirs separately.

When you contact us through the quote form on this website, we collect the following:

• Identification and contact details: Name, company or organisation, phone number and email address.
• Details of your enquiry: Event dates, venue, streaming platform, services required and any additional notes you provide.
• Technical data: The IP address and timestamp of your form submission, used solely for system security and troubleshooting.
• AI assistant conversations: the content of your conversations with this website's AI assistant, the time of the conversation and the page you were on. The assistant does not ask for personal data; if you choose to type your name, phone number or similar details into the conversation, that content is stored as well.

This website does not actively collect your national ID number, financial account details or other special categories of personal data.

3. Purpose of Collection

We collect your personal data solely for the following purposes:

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a formal quote.
• To conduct follow-up discussions, sign contracts and communicate during project delivery.
• To retain transaction and correspondence records as required by law.
• Reviewing the quality of the AI assistant's answers and learning which questions customers ask most, in order to improve our services.

The corresponding specific purposes are: 069 Contracts, quasi-contracts or other legal relations; 090 Consumer and customer management and service; 148 Online shopping and other e-commerce services.

4. Period, Territory, Recipients and Means of Use

• Period: From the date you provide the data until the above purposes cease to apply, you request deletion, or the retention period required by law expires.
• Territory: Within the Republic of China (Taiwan). Where a project requires cross-border execution, we will obtain your separate consent in advance.
• Recipients: Our internal staff. We will not disclose your personal data to third parties except as necessary to deliver the project you have commissioned, or as required by law or judicial authority.
• Means: Contacting you by email, telephone and similar means, and storing the data on our own servers and backup systems.

5. Data Security

This website transmits the information you enter over encrypted HTTPS. Your data is stored on servers we operate ourselves and retained under the 3-2-1 backup rule (three complete copies, two different media types, one off-site data centre) to reduce the risk of loss. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data; please understand, however, that no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

6. Cookies and Third-Party Services

This website's AI assistant is powered by Google's Gemini language-model service. What you type in the conversation is sent to Google's servers outside Taiwan to generate a reply and is handled under Google's terms of service and privacy policy. Please avoid entering personal data that isn't necessary.

This website does not itself use tracking cookies and has no advertising trackers installed. It does, however, use the following third-party services, which may write cookies to your browser:

• Google Fonts: Used to load web fonts.
• YouTube: Portfolio videos are embedded with the YouTube player and load when you click play.

You can refuse cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect how some features display or function.

7. Your Rights

Under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you may exercise the following rights in relation to the personal data we hold:

8. Effect of Not Providing Personal Data

You are free to choose whether to provide personal data. However, without a name, phone number or email address we will be unable to contact you or provide a quote.

9. Protection of Minors

This website is intended primarily for staff of companies and institutions. If you are under eighteen, you may provide personal data only after your legal guardian has read, understood and agreed to this policy.
